The Production Process in Brief:

Producers praise our ability to turnkey the entire post process. Typical workflow begins when we receive the camera masters. Protection and viewing VHS copies are made, and the masters are digitized in Avid. At TV Works Studios, clients can supervise an off-line edit while simultaneously directing a motion control camera session in the next room.

Once movie posters, production stills or any other flat art are shot to tape, it's all digitized in Avid.

We prepare for the online assembly by pre-loading all video material, animation, multi-language narration, multi-language subtitles, credits, titles and if necessary creating opening title sequence and illustrations. When ready, final editing takes place in a purpose built DVD authoring suite. Then on to sound for stereo or Dolby 5.1 surround mix. The audio is laid back to the edited master, the show is color corrected (if necessary) and titles are inserted.

Sound, animation and artwork for interactive menus are designed, then all the elements are assembled using Spruce Technologies DVD authoring software. Once finished we burn sample discs then produce a DLT tape for replication of the highest quality at the best price. Of course there are always variables so to get the best advice please call.
